Monongahela Poncho

I did it! It is done!

I am surprised at how few ponchos I see are derived from shawls

I like the neckline in back.

I think it looks nicer than a standard poncho

Now I need cool weather.

I used some '2nd combings' for the bulk of the yarn, made of suri alpaca of course.
